Hero Honda Bike — Terrible engine sound

There is terrible engine sound during start and increases when speed above 20KMPH.The complaint was lodged during the last two free services. The problem still exists. The bike is still under Gurantee/warranty period. The fault is not likely to be attended by the service centre. I want Engine replacement, which is final solution.
