Hero Pleasure — Hero Pleasure complaint of frequent starting problem.

This is really very worse service i am getting from the service centre(Guru Kripa, Saraidhela)as well the parts fitted in my new Hero Pleasure which is not even two years purchased.
On 8/9/20, they have replaced the Harness Wire, Fuse, Nut Clip, Screw Wash having a bill value of Rs. 1511/-, bill no. 10723CI20V10226 dated - 8/9/20. After only ten to twelve days of replacing the harness wire on 21/9/20, again i have to take the scooty to the service centre because none of the indicators are showing and too after repeated calls coming from Ranchi by some person representing Hero MotorCorp.
Now within a month again the scooty is not starting not even with kick also. While fitting the key of the scooty there is no indication of side stand or anything else in the meter, not even fuel indicator.
Now how many times i have to go to the service centre for submitting my scooty and how to go when my scooty does not even start. Its a distance of 5 km from my place to the showroom. Do we have so much money that we spend our whole salary on a new scooty every month.
And the service engineers dont have any knowledge about repair but they dont know how to talk even except Mr. Ashok in the showroom.
Spending the money and not even getting a10% proper service neither parts makes me feel that i should lodge a written consumer complain against Hero .
Now pls tell me what is the solution to this problem, as the scooty does not even start with kick also so that i could take it to the service centre.
Its better to purchase other company product ( Honda or TVS) rather than Hero, if their parts as well as service is so worse.
