The vehicle was off-road and taken by Palal motors, irumbanam, Ernakulam. No response thereafter about vehicle status, the staff replies technicians are celebrating onam festival, vehicle will be examined when they join back. 6th sep vehicle given for third service and off-road repair. As of today's 12 sep 22, no reply from service center.

Service center is not able to resolve problem happening in my scooty. It is one year only i bought the scooty and problem regarding self start and kick is started from two months after buying. Tried alot to get resolved but not resolving. Want to replace my scooty or their defaulted system because it is not getting repair.

This is really very worse service i am getting from the service centre(Guru Kripa, Saraidhela)as well the parts fitted in my new Hero Pleasure which is not even two years purchased.
On 8/9/20, they have replaced the Harness Wire, Fuse, Nut Clip, Screw Wash having a bill value of Rs. 1511/-, bill no. 10723CI20V10226 dated - 8/9/20. After only ten to twelve days of replacing the harness wire on 21/9/20, again i have to take the scooty...

We bought hero pleasure in[protected] with warranty but it is giving troubles from date of purchase. Place of registration Nuzvid, engine no: JF16EGJGA03334. It seems they sold a defective two wheeler. We can't keep on going repair for new Scooty. So please replace with new one or else pay back our money

I have purchased a Hero Pleasure from M/s Philips Motors, an associate of Jubilee Motors on 15 June 2012 in the name of my wife after making exchange with my Hero Honda Passion (Reg No KL-05K 9643). While making the exchange they duly agreed that they will sold my old vehicle only in the name of the person who purchases it. Now they have sold my old vehicle to someone but they have not changed the ownership of the vehicle. After repeated, queries and complaints the vehicle is still in my name. I have made three complaints to Hero Motorcorp and they have not even make a call back or any measure to correct my grievance. To ease things from your part there is not even any complaint booking number or so from any part. Is it so from Heromotorcorp?

on march my pleasure stop working making loud sound,horrible sound from engine
i took my pleasure to service center they did normal service, again same problemm started
again i took to service center they told to come AFTER 4 DAYS (WHY)we hve lot of work.
when i wen after 4 days they told me to come at 31 march,,still problemm pending

i purchased hero pleasure dt:[protected], in vijayawada in dasarath motors. my vehicle engine no:JF16EBCGF02401. i faced somany problems like engineoil leakage. starting trouble and stops in running. 2 servicings completed only. today vehicle kept in the showroom . plz replace the engine as early as possible. I have booked hero plesure scooter on july-2011 after paying rs5000.Subsquently the dealer (DIYA MOTORS KOLLAM) has asked me to pay the cost of the for immediate delivery and I remitted Rs35000 on[protected] the cost of the vechile.But till the date they haven't delivered the vehicle, despite my repeated request. On my enquiry the vehicle was availble through "HARITHA FINANCIERS" without any delay.Now they informed me that they are ready to refund the paid amount and not ready to deliver the vehicle..

Hence take urgent step to deliver the vehicle without any more delay.
