Hero Splendor Plus — regarding insurance issue of claims

I own hero honda splendour (2014) model, for the past 1 months i experience the problem of insurance claim. I service my bike regularly at an authorised service centre in nirmal motor, karnal, haryana. Every time i go for claim issue, they told me that spare parts of my bike is not available or not coming from manufacturing unit.

I can clearly see that nirmal motors officals is making excuses everytime when i going there. I have tried to tell owner of dealership but he said talk to workshops department, but they r also ignoring my problems.
Plzzz take a step to my barriers of otherwise i'll take a serious action against them
