i have cleared test 1, test2 and i have written coding round one code has been executed nd two test cases also passed but i did not get communication round link
.Some of my classmates has received link.
please check it once and take action as soon as possible

Hexaware Technologies has a private PF trust. After leaving the organization, I have been following up with concerned department for withdrawal of my PF since couple of months now but there is no proper response from the team even after providing all required documents. No one responds to emails, submitted ticket through their alumni portal but the ticket was straight away closed with a comment that my PF has been transferred to my current employer 5 years back, which does not make any sense. submitted another ticket and they have been adding comments every week that my request is in process and will be taken care in 5-7 working days.

I have left Hexaware on September 2019... It's almost 2 years I didn't get my PF.
MY ID was 32524.

Are you running on loss? If you want to loot hard earned money then please post an advertisement. Worked for 4 years in this company. Hexaware is paying back like this. There should be done amount of respect at the least.

Left from Hexaware on Oct 2017, raised a PF transfer request from EPFO portal on oct 2020, still the claim status showing as pending in EPFO portal. Sent around 10 to 12 repeated email to process the same but no response from Hexaware end. They are earning crores of money every day..but they are not releasing our hard earned PF money. Instead keeping our money they can beg in the road. To look at this incident beggers are far better than the one who responsible for this delay of PF money from Hexaware. Especially pointing the Hexaware owner and managments.

Your request was already attended and replied to you on 5th May 2021. Your PF was transferred on 26th Aug 2019 to HCL and Annexure K has been shared with you. Please reach out to your existing employer in case of any dispute.

I resigned on 8th july, 2020. I was to get my mediclaim refund amount as was told. I was told I will get in August. I tried contacting them, no one replied. Then reply came that you will be getting amount in january 2021. In feb again I asked they told you will be getting in couple of weeks. Its march. No one is responding for mails. Its been 1 year from hexaware, no one is telling when I will get amount and why so delay. After some days I sir tells you will get in few days. But again then no response. Replying to mail is not a good behaviour. Please request to get in touch with senior authorized persons and try to process refund at earliest. My mobile number [protected].

I am an ex employee of hexaware technologies i had resigned before 8 months but still i didnt receive my exp letter and i already shared mail to [protected]@hexaware.com. and also i have a word with nikita mam and also varun sir who are available in building no 3 mbp mumbai they told me that i receive my exp letter in 7 to 8 working days but i raised my complaint on feb 1 2021 since its been 23 days in that 20 working days still i dont have any update on my exp letter. And i lost my job in my current company because i failed to submit my exp letter
I know not to.submit mobile number but still i submit my number because its emergency for me please call me on [protected]

I have sent the pf transfer request with 6 months back and submitted all the necessary documents to office.

And then sent email to [protected]@hexaware.com for multiple times more than 10 to 15 times.Always they said it will be processed within next 15 days.
I don't know how many fifteen days it should required, Its very annoying for me.
Please resolve this asap.

Sent mail regarding PF transfer almost 5 times. No reply from the PF team. Since PF is handle by trust I cannot process transfer through epfo login.

WORST Response from the PF admin. Not helping. I came out of this company 1year back still not helping me to transfer the PF.

Hi,

I would like to bring to the notice my case, that I was given an offer by Hexaware and my DOJ was in May 2020 for Pune Location, but I was informed at the very last moment saying the date will be deferred due to pandemic.

Then, I have been taking many follow ups for the new joining date but haven't received any acknowledgement from the HR Team for months. Now, it's been more than 6 months and I'm still waiting to receive a revised Offer letter for joining.

Could you please look into this and help me on this.
