I have never seen such a bad service as Reach in my entire lifetime. I’ve been experiencing major issues with wifi network and customer service won’t respond and would never fix issues. It will be least to say that i am irritated with the number of times i am facing internet disconnections, i have so far complained over 50 times in the span of 7 months for internet disconnections, and default response they will give is it will be resolved in 2 hrs, if its beyond 7 PM no technicians will be available so it wont work until tomorrow, since we are working from home in UK shift we are completely depended on this and they respond in a very cool manner, it will be resolved tomorrow

One of the agent from peddaamberpet has taken the money of 3000 for new connection..i made almost 30calls regarding my connection to that person.he said there was a server issue we are working here .i don't know what he will do outside when server having issue.weather the hirearch having the server on the Vijayawada highway?..i called to customer care also but problem not solved..BSNL is better than Hireach for the service..local network provider also better..worst service in my life.

Every month i am losing 2 or more days because of disconnection of internet. Taking money for one month that is 30 days exactly. My losed days data and days will not get back in any situation. It is very embarrassing.i already complained about this with references to Nodal officer of Hireach broadband.
I am suffered so much my work was not completing. So, i am losing economically and mentally through this Internet service provider. Please take action and compensate me.

Account shows offline very frequently, no customer executive is solving the problem seriously. I have work from home to do!!

It is to inform that the subject cited user ID belongs Hi Reach Broadband connection is customer of 5 Years and i have shifted to new area in Karimnagar Town. Actually my plan was to expire on 5th of July, 2022 and on inquiry with company executive, i proposed that i will continue my broadband services in new premises duly obtaining new connection after my shifting. But it is informed by the executive that same will be shifted to new area within a month period without any extra cost and renewed my connection. And i have remitted the amount by liquid cash and i have shifted to my new house (within Karimnagar Town) on 27th of July, 2022.

Since then I am approaching to hi Reach Broadband executives to initiate necessary action for shifting my connection to new area, but i am getting different individuals at every point of time and the same is pending without any suitable action which still pending.

I request the authorities to kindly initiate suitable action for shifting my paid connection within 24 hours or else my plan may be disconnected duly refunding my amount, at the earliest.

There is frequent problem going on with my internet since starting on i complained them many times but they are not taking seriously they don't listen to costumer complaints. there is no wifi since morning till now I'm trying to call them but they are not receiving the call, I called them on every number that is available for costumers. even if there is a problem or some kind of work going on at the main office they should notify the costumers through a text or a call. the costumers who are solely dependent on wifi internet face many problems if suddenly wifi is cut off for a long tym without any information or notification. our classes, meetings and even calls are dependent on the wifi internet u provide us, so be responsible.

Waste service. Remove ur service agents near me, not even responding to our calls, wifi is still not coming from yesterday, please tell ur service agents to come and resolve the problem

I have taken internet connection on last month in that daily min 2-3 hours internet outage at peak hours but after one month they provide daily 2-3 hours of internet that too rarely .rest is outage by saying offers they tempt to take one year plan .then rest is mystery no internet no service

Since 10 days no internet is available..they are not attempting the call and not even responding this is the last time iam complaining i prefer to move to other. if this happen again and problem should solve in 2days thats it.

I recharge 125mbps speed plan but speed in laptops 58mbps, and mobile 72mbps speed coming after completing also his unable to solved that issue.. only taking a money for under service name... Hi reach one of fraud service given to us. To all Don't take hiReach fraud net service..

I paid full amount of 9, 440rs for the paln of 40mbps for 15months on the date 11/5/2022 now today date 15/5/2022 they promised me that they will get the connection on 13/5/2022 now the person who take the payment not lifting the call and the manager also not lifting the calls form 13th date please get back to me my name is Rakesh
