I've been attempting to get back my funds from this site for several months, but I've been encountering errors. I strongly advise against depositing your money on this site. I was able to recover my money thanks to Durafox Tech, I came across their services via Google, and they assisted me in regaining access to all my funds.

I am Vinay Kumar. I've online ordered Airtel 4G Wifi Dongle (21.1 mbps) on 12 June through airtel website. Sales Executive (Mr. Sameer) told me that by tomorrow agent will come to my home and give me 4G wifi device and collect my supporting documents for activation of my 4G Airtel postpaid device. As committed by Mr. Sameer the agent came and delivered the 4G dongle. For one month the dongle was working fine and after one month i recieved bill for this dongle. Since I paid Rs. 3200/- from bank account for 3 month use free of charge I should not be getting any bill. After that I followed up several time with Airtel and they are claiming that they have not received any money and suggesting me to consult my bank. Mr. Sameer phone is [protected]. I have called Mr. Sameer but he was not attending the call ([protected]) nor customer care no.[protected] giving proper response. Savemoneynow which shows a illegal & cheating Activities from the part of Airtel, why they kept the customer in dark. I request you to take the matter at your utmost priority and refund my dongle money (3200/-) otherwise I need to knock out the doors for consumer court for such non-sense harassment. I had called up the Airtel call centre at[protected] to enquire about Wifi options available in gurgaon.I was informed that no broadband options are available in Gurgaon and I have to mandatorily take the wifi hotspot for Rs 2300 if I want to avail of the wifi connection.After an hour I get a call from[protected] which pertains to a website called savemoneynow.in and they informed me that my contact details have been given to them by airtel and I can avail of a discount of Rs 100 if i pay for the hotspot online at their website.When i checked with them why i am asked to pay at some other website they said that they are the authorised dealers of Airtel and i can cross check request no 5999134 they created basis details received from airtel that my address details that i gave to Airtel half hour ago are updated on their website.When i checked i found that the address details were exactly what i gave to Airtel and hence made the payment.Later i came to know that broadband connection was available in my area and i was cheated so that they can sell me a more expensive product.I wrote to nodal.[protected]@in.airtel.com, applellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com and also to [protected]@savemoneynow.in asking for my refund since last 10 days now but no one is responding for refund and neither are they giving me the refund.The site savemoneynow.in seems to be bogus site since their 24*7 call centre number[protected] is always engaged.I have sent so many emailers but i have not got the refund.It is due to Airtel that i am suffering because they passed on my details to a bogus company and now are not bothering to respond.I want justice and strict action against this company.

When I called the Airtel customer service for the requirement of a 4G wifi hotspot, I got a call from this DSA on 24th July’15 saying that his person will come on 25th to deliver the 4G wifi hotspot. His person definitely came. I told him that I would need the hotspot to be activated as soon as possible. He promised me and confirmed that the guy for verification will come on Monday, 27th July 2105 and by late Monday the hot spot will be activated.

However, NO ONE came for verification on Monday, 27th July and the hot spot dongle is still NOT activated. I also paid the 2300 INR for the same. The receipt and the SIM number are attached in the mail.

The details are attached herewith, request you to please look into this and provide a solution asap else return my money. Please do not hire such incompetent, liar and fake DSAs

I had paid 3200 for 4G dongle along with 5GB of Airtel data usage for the 3 Months. But no one came to deliver the dongle, i have tired their customer care 100 times, but overtime number is not reachable. My reference number is 5988579. can anybody tell me their contact number.

Hi Umesh, As I have purchased, 4G HOTSPOT WIFI Portable router on your advice but it is not working. Yesterday I have tried to get support from Airtel customer care but they unable to support me. From last 15 days, I am facing this problem but not received solution from Airtel. Airtel cutomer care is telling, savemoneynow is faud company that's why we are not support you. I don't know what to do now. Customer care no mention in receipt is also not working. Now I am very frustrated with the support and want to return the device. I am suman gill I've online ordered Airtel 3G Wifi Dongle (7.2 mbps) on 19th August at 11:20 AM. through savemoneynow.in websit. The agent came and give me data card and sim. I have given all the document and address verification done from my side but still my not active. I talk to customer care of airtel they told me the televerification is pending from their side from which you take the number.customer care no. i have tried their number[protected] so many times but not giving proper response even their number not reachable every time.

I have ordered a 3G data card from Airtel company website. They had taken the details and said that there representative will call with the plan details.I got the call from the number[protected] and someone named Rohan has explain the plan detail and a link has been shared to make the payment online for 3 month 3G data 5GB/Month for 2400/- I have made the payment and they had commited to deliver the data card within 2 hrs and activation in next 48 hrs. But after payment no one has come to delivered the data card and thereafter I have searched about this website and realize that they are making the fraud with the peoples.I have taken up the matter with my bank to charged back the amount which has been made through CC I'm wondering that how come Airtel is sharing the customer data with these frauds to cheat the peopls ..! After delivered 3g wifi dongle & airtel 4g postpaid sim on 7th April 2015, someone came for verification on 9th April. Verification done and said sim will activate tomorrow that was on 10th April 2015. On the next day I called them because I got a msg, it says that your verification is unsuccessful, denied. Again, on the next day that was yesterday someone from [protected] call and said you are not living to this address, that also after verified even someone already came to my resident. I don't know what they are doing. I called to [protected] on 11th April 2015 because of one fraud call from[protected]. When I asked why this is happened, I tell everything. That guy told me that will send today for verification and asking again the same question, are you living in this place. What a question. I was waiting for person for verification but never come. They are selling products only. Never ever go for this follow up. They will cheat to someone who does not know something.

I had received an offer of airtel dongle along with lenovo. The sim for same was delivered to me vide your receipt No.11183 by Shri Rohit tiwari on 24 Feb 15 post submission of requisite documents. I was told that the dongle will be delivered post registration of the sim. I gave this company Rs.1700/- as advance payment against receipt no.9870 for getting unlimited post paid plan and they assured me to make the connection active within 24 hours. Its been more than 1 month and despite repeated calls, mails to Mr. Nitin, Mr. Harish and the entire team at their land line no and the no available online in their website they always give certain excuses and still the same is pending. Don't trust this company and also Reliance Communications as they people are just fraud and except fooling people they don't know anything else.

On friday 26th dec 2014 afternoon, I bought a wifi connection of airtel as these people called & said they are from airtel & insisted me to pay while talking on phone. I apid the amount & post that no one came for any delivery of wi fi dongle & the phone numbers as customer gvn is fake.

Now when I am trying reaching this compnay neither their customer care number is connecting nor the agent Miss Roma is picking up the call . I have paid the amount in cash and also have receipt for the same.
