[Resolved]  Hicare Services Pvt Ltd — Bird spike installation and pest control

I requested Hicare Services Pvt Ltd for installation of bird spikes on my ACs and was contacted by Hicare salesman Ravi Chaturvedi (Mobile: [protected]) who inspected the premises and recommended pest control facility too. He gave me an estimation of around Rs 6000 for the two projects.
On 25 February 2017, a guy came to fix the bird spikes on the ACs and did some pest control in the kitchen and in the cupboards on our insistence.
Almost half an hour after the guy left, the pigeons dismantled the spikes and over the nest few weeks, the spikes came off one by one. The cockroaches seem to have increased after the treatment because they hover in the kitchen and in the other rooms unabatedly. When the salesman came to collect the amout, I complained about the spiles and the incomplete pest control that was carried out. The salesman assured me that the spikes would be reinstalled and part of the pest control which was not carried out will be taken care of immediately. Upon the assurance, I paid a sum of Rs 7791 for the whole procedure to the salesman.
I have beeing trying to contact the salesman for the past few weeks but he never picks my calls or calls back. Finally, I called the Hicare customer care number. Between 31 March and 1 April 2017, I must have made about 7 calls at the customer care number, but I have not received any call back or assurance that my grievance would be addressed soon.
How can such apathetic people be made responsible for their acts?
Could you please look into the matter and help me in getting a redressal for my grievance.
