Bird spike installation and pest control

I requested Hicare Services Pvt Ltd for installation of bird spikes on my ACs and was contacted by Hicare salesman Ravi Chaturvedi (Mobile: [protected]) who inspected the premises and recommended pest control facility too. He gave me an estimation of around Rs 6000 for the two projects.

Damage to kitchen unit due to termite
I entered in service contract for termite control of entire flat for one year; with hicare on 22.2.2016. since i noticed eruption of live termites in kitchen i telephoned hicare on 16, 18 & 22nd march, 2016 but nobody attended till 26th april, 2016. because of negligence of hicare kitchen unit got damaged. technician who attended was inexperienced and did not know that the contract was...
