Highstatus — fraud from the above mentioned website

I ordered two sarees from the above mentioned website... But the saree delivered to us is totally different from the saree shown in the picture of their website... So i wanted to return the item and i read the return policy of the website there it is mentioned that in case of return we need to do a courier to their address and i did it... Now it's been 7 days and no reply from them has come... When i tried to call their customer care number it is always switched off and i also did whatsapp them they saw the message but didn't reply... So please take some action over this.
