My order no is 11763... I have ordered a silk saree worth rs 1000 whereas i have received a normal saree worth rs.200... I am not able to contact highstatus. Pls help me. The address of the company is highstatus, second floor, b1, sanskruti ac market, godadara road, near capital square, surat 395010.. The contact no [protected]... I don't know how to get my money back....

I ordered two sarees from the above mentioned website... But the saree delivered to us is totally different from the saree shown in the picture of their website... So i wanted to return the item and i read the return policy of the website there it is mentioned that in case of return we need to do a courier to their address and i did it... Now it's been 7 days and no reply from them has come... When i tried to call their customer care number...
