I was added 250 rupees to hike wallet and did rechage and amount of recharge i. E.499 deducted. But recharge failed message appears on 20 th dec 2017. Till now i complaint more than 3 times but nobudy responded to me.
I have complaint fiĺed before 7-8 days ago.
As per hike policy refund will be provided into account within 3_10 days but till now not refunded
Kindly help me to resolve this issue as early as possible.
