Hike Messenger — hike video call issue

Hi
I am using samsung j7 prime. After installation of new version hike 6.0, i am facing video call problem. Video is not coming continuously even at the time of video my pic was stretching. Video is coming like frames. Video and voice not syncing. Facing the problem from last one month. I tried the video call from some other place bcoz i thought there is some network issues. But the problem was not solved. Plz solve my problem otherwise i have to deactivate my account. Sorry to say this. But my problem is annoying me so much. Do the needful. And solve my problem asap
