I am a dealer of Prama Hikvision since four years and never seen such a worst service provider company in my life,
Prama hikvision cervice center has misplaced 4 nos of Cameras[serial nos 36820019, D68919104, D83954285, D[protected] which was sent for repair to Prama Hikvision service center loacated in banaglore through Delhivery Courier On 08.11.20222 via docket no:[protected].And this parcel is recived by prama on Nov 14, 2022, 1:02 PM.Proof of delivery(pod) is atatched.v 14, 2022, 1:02 PM .the parcel was delivered with signature and verified OTP delivered to mobile no[protected].After so much followups bangalore team is hesitating to provide cctv footage of parcel which was delivered.We are requesting them to give us replacement of cameras or send us the same otherwise we will file the case in court.After so much follow ups bangalore team is hesitating to provide cctv footage of parcel which was delivered time Nov 14, 2022, 1:02 PM. The RMA Bangalore team is not responding to the EMails too. We have given buisness to Prama More than 25Lakhs INR till now. after seeing so much negligence by Prama i have decided to sell other brand who is giving better after service.I am not able to answer my client and now am in blacklist as a poor service provider, its all because of PRAMA HIKVISION. Here in Bangalore office Branch never receives any call
