Fraudulent Purchase NVR in High Price
This is to let you know that I bought an nvr(DS 7616NI Q2) from Conglomerate Business Solutions Pvt Ltd in kolkata later I came to know from other and every dealers that this company charged me approx 40% more then the original price.They tried to convince me that the same model has different variants of build quality and the one I got is superior project quality 3line which I think is completely bluff and never conveyed to me before the purchase.I feel like this is a fraudulent activity and I have been a victim I am attaching the invoice here.Please let me know if anything can be done from your side or I can report anywhere like consumer forum etc about this.

I bought HIKVISION VIDEO DOOR PANEL through amazon. Now i am trying to connect with the company through customer care no given at their website but its not working.
Whom should i connect with to get it install. The company should provide at least 2 to 3 numbers to conect.

I have purchased 4 nos night vision hd cameras from retailer ( H.S. Automation systems Ludhiana), on dated 27.11.2020, but he is not giving any service within warranty period to solve my very small problem, in this regard i have contacted many time but getting no response from retailer Please arrange to send a person to attend my complaint to restart cameras on mobile, which are in warranty period. Cameras are not shown on my mobile.

I got seagate hard disk with hikvision camera set i buyed from amazon according to amazon hikvision is responsible for the warranty of my hard disk and they are not helping me out
I already contacted seagate they are not responsible for the hard disk
I also contacted amazon and they are not responsible after the return window is closed so hikvision is very bad they are not helping me out please help me sir/madam i am in a great trouble as that hard disk cost around 4-5k

This is regarding hikvision dvr model no. Ds-6004hqhi-ki, purchased 45 days ago from better deal computers gone faulty. No display signal.
I handed over to seller on 16-06-18 and after 10 days i got answer of my call that it is still under repair, at chennai workshop, it will take more 10 days.
This product is for my business security purpose, i am surprised on a reputed seller like better deal is taking so long and not provided any standby piece.
This can be harmful or dangerous for my trade.
Please be careful before buying form such dealers.

I have three of these cameras fitted to my property, in the daytime they do as expected and give a fair result. However different story when you need them most, at night. They are utterly useless the bleed from the ir blots out any semblance of a picture all you get is blurred dots on the screen end. If i were you, dont bother, i have spent a few pounds on this system and now i have to change the cameras at more expense and no-one at hikvision wants to know, for me they are total crap.

I got a hikvision dvr which turned out to be faulty. We gave it to the service station as the hdmi port was not working. The service station took a big fat one month to return it. When they returned, the port no.20, 21, 22 was not working.
So we had to send it again to the service station again. Again, it took a huge month to return it to us. This time it worked well for a month and again it stoped working. We still had hopes and complained the service centre and they too kit again. After a long wait they returned it to us, and this time all the 16 ports are not working. We are so fed up, is this the service we getting after paying such huge amounts?? Its been three months since we are not able to use the dvr. What are we supposed to do, plz help. Whats the point of the warranty we look forward to after paying such huge amounts for the product. Rather people can go for china products which come without warranty for cheap rates, because then we wont regret it. Hope you have some solution to it. Whats the point of being a loyal customer and buying and suggesting hikvision to so many people.?

Problem in dvr regarding working of mouse once the light is gone the mouse attached to dvr stops working. One has to switch off nd switch on the dvr in order to get work done which is too harsh It has been an year since i am complaining about it agaun again but he always ignores my complain its soo harsh they are treating me very bad poor service

pc heating when cctv is displayed
My Laptop is burning hot whenever the CCTV is displayed for a period of time. It gets hot ONLY when the CCTV is displayed (it is displayed from the internet by searchung the IP address). The previous version of HIKVISION did much better because it did not get hot. But the new version is really bad and needs some fixing to do. My laptop has been forced to shut down because its too hot. Please fix the problem or provide us with a solution.

complaint about dvr being restart automatically and constantly

I buoght hikvision servalliance system (Dvr, camera) on 08/07/2016 it was working fine since then, but after a while dvr started restarting automatically and constantly in every 4-5 minutes, i complained it to vendor he took dvr several times but the problem is not solved, it has been 3-4 months company is not responding according to vendor. It is unexpected response from company, as it will be soon out of warrantey, the company will get a reason to deny my complaint, but my complaint is with company from 3 months via vendor.

Dear Sir,
This is in reference to the tender of IP Camera's to be installed at Doll Museum, Rock Garden, Chandigarh. As you all know we are fighting for this order in Electrical department for the last 1 year as this tender was Locked by our firm M/s Prab Kirpa Eneterprises and Mr. Ashish and Mr. Manjot had visited the site with us and all the specifications of Cameras and NVR are given your Technical Team but
another System Integrator M/S Modern Agencies have taken General MAF from your organisation as well and participated in this tender.
On 18th April 2017, we had given a written complaint to Executive
Engineer Electrical, SE Electrical and Chief Electrical that they had
not properly checked Technical documents as required in the Tender from
the OEM i.e.
OEM Tender Specific MAF
OEM ITR
OEM CE, FCC Certifications
OEM 100 crore turnover
1 Bidder 1 OEM
So, we have asked them to check these above mentioned documents of all
the bidders. Only we had submitted all these above documents, because
we has added HIKVISION brand in the Specs instead of DAHUA.
So, we request you not to give any OEM Document to MODERN AGENCIES as
they are planning to give the allotment to MODERN AGENCIES and we had send them a written complaint to take the action.
We have added HIKVISION brand instead of DAHUA in the tender, we work
on many projects with Hikvision only, like we have done a project of Post Graduate Govt College, chandigarh and also we do participate in many cultural events in chandigarh by giving them CCTV Surveillance by installing Hikvision cameras and dvr.
Moreover, we have links with PGIMER, Chandigarh, and they are planning to install 500 new ip cameras in the premises and we involved in this project also by giving them hikvision brand.So, we want your full support in this project as MODERN AGENCIES have given General MAF in this tender where it was a condition in the tender to give Tender Specific MAF, so now after our complaint he will contact you to provide him tender specific MAF and other OEM Documents as
required, so we request you not to support him as this was our project.
Meanwhile we are attaching our complaints which we have given to the department and also replies from Prama Hikvision in this project from the department.
Addingly the Executive Engineer had sent a clarification email to [protected]@pramaahikvision.com and the same was given to Mr Manjot and Mr.
Suraj in hand from the department and the reply from prama hikvision was in favor of 2 System Integrators but the case was only Locked by Our Firm, the copies of Department letter and prama hikvision reply is attached hereith for our kind consideration.
We request you to send a confirmation on your Letter head by saying that Hikvision has only Supported PRABH KIRPA ENTERPRISES in Doll Museum, Rock Garden, Chandigarh Project.
Incase if you dont send the confirmaton on our Firm name then the departent will remove Hikvision Brand from the tender as we have already given complaint against Modern Agencies so the department will recall the tender by removing Hikvision Brand From Electrical Department Chandigarh.

We have purchased an access control system from hikvision model no: ds-k1t200mf and the software for the machine is showing some problem like the log in and log out time is not displayed in the time attendance machine.
We have tried contacting the middle east office but there is no proper response from their side and we are really having a big problem with this machine right now.

Problem with saving image settings on hikvision dvr-7108hghi-ei (Ds-7100 series)

I did a lot of research on purchasing of the DVR and cameras and lastly purchased Hikvision DVR from Shili CCTV Systems & Technologies, 103-B, First Floor, Madhuban Building, Nehru Place, Delhi-110019 on 30.10.2015.
I had installed 2TB WD Surveillance HDD in Hikvision DVR with three 720P camers (2 turbo HD bullet camera and 1 turbo HD dome camera) into my home.
I had managed fine with everything but when I go directly into each of my camera settings I cannot save any settings in the "image" menu, whether it be in basic or advanced settings. The strange thing is that I set 2 of my cameras to be on day mode all of the time when I first set things up. In most of the other menus there is a save button at the bottom of the page but there is none on the image menu.
I had managed fine with everything and every settings saved. However, the settings relates to resolution in Hikvision not saved.
When go to the settings “Menu=Record =Parameters=Resolution” in the DVR, every camera has its own independent settings but after restart the DVR or if power turned off and restart again, the settings goes out and start with default settings.
On the Hikvision website, Hikvision clearly mentioned that this DVR support 6 types of recording resolution i.e. HD720P, WD1, 4CIF, VGA, 2CIF and CIF which is 1280x720, 960x576, 704x576, 640x480, 704x288 and 352x288. The default is HD720P.
With the above resolution settings of 3 cameras, the recording saved only 27 days in 2TB HDD.
While we got to the display resolution. Hikvision support 4 types of display resolution for the monitor. “Menu=Configuration=General=Resolution” i.e. 1024x768, 1280x720, 1280x1024 and 1920x1080. But here also, after restart the DVR or if power turned off and restart again, setttings goes out in default. The default is 1280x1024.
I don’t know whehter the setting relates to resolution saved in other Hikvision DVRs or not. After that I had cheked the CMOS battery, which is OK.
Subsequently, I had made a call to the Hikvision Service Center, they are also not supported and they said that “submit your DVR to shop from where you purchased”.
So please don’t buy Hikvision DVRs and also don’t suggest your friends to buy hikvision DVRs.
