I had to get an old laptop. I checked on several websites and then decided to pick up from hilaptop.com. I ordered a laptop of dell, there was no option of cash on dilevery. Therefore, i paid the money. After that i got a mail that we do not have the laptop which you have ordered. We will give you the laptop of toshiba. I said that i do not want you to return the money to me. Just disconnected the phone. I called all of their no about 500 times. And said ok you give me the same laptop then after 20 days, he courier the laptop from dtdc and treck id to me from shiproket. Then after 15 days i went and received the courier from dtdc and when i opened it, another of toshiba it was the laptop which was completely defective.in which the hard disc was a bad button and even the speaker was a bad window corrupt. Then i mailed and sent a photo of the laptop, they said that we had given the right one and you are commenting negativ and we are abusing people. Then they block me completely and when i talk to the new no, they disconnect the phone. One day when i called from the new no and the call was receive but no one was speaking, i remained on call and all their the two customers were listening on the line and the same matter was theirs too that the laptop was ordered by someone else, and someone else was going, i have all the evidence. I placed an order online on dated 21/7/2021.for hp laptop.and I paid rs 23000 online.now these people are telling me that particular product isout of stock and they are unable to refund my amount .I am going to lodge complints against them.My contact no is [protected]

After searching on web I decided to pick up laptop from hilaptop.com. I ordered a laptop of D[protected]_[protected] | New Dell Inspiron 3148 11.6-inch Toucscreen Laptop (Core-i3-4030U/4GB/500GB/Windows 10) | ₹ 32, 300.00 1 pcs on 22/08/2021, there was no option of cash on dilevery. Therefore, i paid the money. After that i got a call that we do not have the laptop which you have ordered. We will give you the laptop of Acer Aspire Switch 11, 11.6", Convertible 2-in-1 Laptop split ssd 512gb x360, which was the showroom display & fresh piece.after long discussion I agreed to buy acer laptop. Then after 5 days, they courier the laptop from Xpressbees and treck id to me from shiproket. Then after 15 days i went and received the courier from Xpressbees and when i opened it was the laptop which was completely defective.in which the hard disc was a bad & low GB capacity.keyboard button and even the speaker was a bad low sounder. The Bettary is getting low charge without using it, When it’s charge it gets very hot, The keyboard is sometimes not connected, back cover damaged, It doesn't look like a showroom display piece as they mentioned, This laptop quality is not equal to the amount which I paid.it may be maximum within 5-6 thousand cost.Then i mailed and sent the photos of the laptop several time to [protected]@hilaptop.com, but they never reply me. I called them with different times.Still no answer…

They are fraud including telephonic staff. No any response from Hi laptop services. I bought hcl desktop but they send me another items, when I was retuned the items company call not pickup phone. Staff are irresponsible person. I lost my money from hi laptop
