On 24/08/2023 an order for Lenovo were placed against full payment for rs.11000/-(refurbished).were assured to get ihe item in 5 working days.now neither they delivered the nor reply to mail.

I placed an order on hilaptops.com on dated 21/7/2021 .I was made payment of rs 23000 by NetBanking.now I want to re fund
my amount but these people cheating me and refusing to refund my amount.all payment details are mentioned below

I ordered a laptop on HiLaptop.com website and once the payment went through an agent called and said that we do not have this product available and he tried to sell me a different product.
Once checked I found that the product is not good enough so I called and said that I want to cancel the order and do not wish to buy any other product. I sent the mail as per their request of cancellation and still not hearing from the department. Everytime I call the customer service people disconnects the call and give no resolution..They robbed my money and now not ready to gove me back.

I had to get an old laptop. I checked on several websites and then decided to pick up from hilaptop.com. I ordered a laptop of dell, there was no option of cash on dilevery. Therefore, i paid the money. After that i got a mail that we do not have the laptop which you have ordered. We will give you the laptop of toshiba. I said that i do not want you to return the money to me. Just disconnected the phone. I called all of their no about 500...
