I had paid the fee for Rme registration form by online method on your site but showing to pay again... Although payment is successfully done. I am not the only one who suffered from this... So please help us

I also submit draft of 1600 to university for this problem yet i couldn't get the option to fill exam but other my classmate have got the option to fill the exam last date to fill the exam is 25/3/21. Please look over it

I am an alumni of HP University Shimla and graduated in the year 2011 with a bachelors degree in dental surgery. My university roll number is 14436 and registration number with the state dental council is 07-PDC-38.
On 25 Feb 2021, I personally visited the university and applied for my official transcripts to be sent to Comparative Education Services (CES) at University of Toronto (Canada) for credential evaluation.
I was promised by the university officials in the concerned section that they would send the physical copy of my official transcripts, along with a digital copy through e-mail.
After repeated follow up I was given the postal tracking number of my transcripts 12 days after I applied (on 9 March 2021). When I questioned the officials in the concerned section, about whether they had e-mailed the transcripts, I was told that they had already done so.But, a mail from the Comparative Education Services (CES) confirmed that they had not received the digital copy of my official transcripts through e-mail.
I have made repeated attempts to get in touch with the concerned officials and get my official transcripts e-mailed to CES, but I have not received any cooperation. On several occasions, I received excuses like the "controller of examinations" is responsible for e-mailing the transcripts. Ideally when such documents are communicated by HPU to other universities, the candidate/student should also be kept in Cc or Bcc so that there is no confusion.
Actually, Comparative Education Services (CES) at University of Toronto (Canada) is currently operating remotely because all their offices are closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic and are only accepting digital copies of transcripts through email.
It is humbly requested that the digital copy of my official transcripts be e-mailed to ces.[protected]@utoronto.ca
I have attached the receipt of my bank payment(for transcript) and communication with Comparative Education Services (CES) for reference. Your kind cooperation on the matter is highly solicited sir.

Mr. Balaram from himachal pradesh university Shimla had sent my transcript on 07 jan 2021 to WES Canada (Tracking no. RE[protected]IN) however it's been almost 2 months and it has still not reached Canada. I requested him to mail it to WES if possible as i have already submitted the fees but he refused. It was sent on 7 jan 2021 and till today it’s status is showing that it has reached delhi. I have already submitted 5k Rs for the transcript twice. Please look into this matter as my career is dependent on this document. I have attached the current screenshot of the visible status on India posts official site.

Sir, I have not paid the fee of 2nd and 4th semester reappear examination held in 2020 last year for some reasons and now my result is not showing there, though my exams gone well now I want to resolve this issue so what can i do to pay my fee and get my result. My payment is pending in 2nd semester i e 800 RS so now I'm in 3rd semester my examination form is not appearing in hpu student portal website so i can't fill my form please help me 😭😭😭

I filled online examination form for B.Com and made the payment on the portal. The amount was deducted from my account but it's not showing on the portal.
I called on the HPU helpline number mention on the site ([protected]) and the person who received the call had no manners to talk. He was rude, didn't even listened to my query, just asked me to call on another number 959 and disconnected the call.
I called again as 959 wasn't clear what number it is. That person got hyper and said I told you to call on 959, I confirmed if the last digits are 959 or not. He rudely said YEs and disconnected the call.
I called on [protected] but nobody is answering this number since last 5 days.
During these bad times, students are already worried about their studies and facing a lot of issues but these HPU employees are not at all helpful to the students.
How we're supposed to resolve our queries if we face any issue when they are not even answering our calls and if someone is answering, they gets angry over why did we call.

I am Student of icdeol roll no.[protected]. Batch[protected]. I appeared in 1st, 2nd and 4th sem. But due to some reason I was not able to appear in 3rd sem . Now I am trying to fill 3rd sem form but not able to fill . I called enquiry as well they gave me no of computer department no. [protected] but they are not picking any of my call . Plz resolve this issue as soon as possible because 8 Feb is last date to fill the examination. Icdeol enqy also tell me that my degree will be cancelled because I have the examination of fourth sem without appearing in 3rd sem. I understand that but how I was able to fill exam and able to appear in 4th sem .
If I know this earlier I would not give the exam . Please help me with this matter.

My name is Pankaj and roll no is 1842033 . Iam pursuing b.voc(R.M) 5th semester from p.g college rampur bushahar .I filled my examination form on[protected] of b.voc 5th semester . Money is debited from my bank account but examination fee is not registered in my user ID .in I'd showing the pay fee again .so I request to update my fee status.

Sir I am fill my examination for pg Hindi 3rd sem[protected].I have pay my examination fees 1000 but unfortunately fees are not accept by University .But fees was debit my account in university account .so I am requesting you sir refound my fees rupees.

I have done the payment of B.ed counselling but it is not updated in the site, i'm not able to complete the final process of college selection and preferences.
Payment has been done through SBI net banking. Kindly refund me so that i can try again to complete the pending details.

1) Due to the pandemic we left the hostel in march and have not come back till december yet the college is asking us to pay the fees even for all the 9 months we did not live in the hostel.
2) Further without clearing the dues the college will not allow us to sit in the final exams.
3)We didn't receive any prior notice in relation to paying the hostel fee or leaving the hostel.
4) Fees till july has already been paid by us, no concession was provided to us for that either.
5) No electricity was used by us, no food was eaten, no cleaning of our rooms was done. Since baddi was one of the hotspots, it was impossible for us to enter and clear our rooms, yet fee is being charged for all of these things.
6) Clearly the hostel dues are written as Rs. 13750 but we are being asked to pay Rs. 40, 000 as fee for August to January. (August to November- The college was not open to us)
