Himalaya Drug Company — Complaint about retailer

Dear Team, I am a resident of North Delhi and I quite often use your face wash in the name of Himalaya Purifying Face Wash. I would like to bring into your knowledge that recently (October 2015), I visited the wholesale market in Village Razapur, Rohini, North Delhi to buy monthly groceries for my home. I also planned to buy Himalaya Purifying Face Wash. Earlier it priced me somewhere around Rs. 70/-, but this time I was shocked to hear the price from the shop keeper which was Rs. 130/- (Rs. 117/- after offering 10% discount). I found some sticky glue on the surface of the tube and a line was also written on the back of the tube which read as “ NOT FOR INDIVIDUAl SALE” which made my mind to enquire for any offer with the product. The shopkeeper clearly refused for any offer and after querying for the reason for mentioning of the above stated line by the compay, he clearly told me “Ye company waale chor hai, hamare pass to jaise aati hai, hum to waise hi bech dete hai”. Due to so much difference I had to buy its substitute which cost me less. I would like to request you to kindly find out the culprit as it will also affect the reputation of the company. Further, I request you to kindly give a discount in the price or clearly mentioned on the face of the tube, so that nobody can cheat the customers.
