Himalaya Wellness — Defective Product received which impacted my 8 month Baby

Dear Team,

I had ordered from Amazon website Himalaya Total Care Baby Pants Diapers, Medium, 78 Count of 3 packets on 6th Feb'21, which i received on 8th Feb'21. from that day onwards im using the same diaper which i had received. Now whenever i take this diaper to wear for my baby, i found there are some gum like substance in diaper area already, and if i try to remove that then a thin layer comes out. Moreover if there is no gum like substance then i wear it to my baby but after 2-3 hour, when i remove that diaper. there is some transparent type particles stick to the diaper area of my baby which has led to severe rashes currently.

I have been using himalaya product for my baby since day 1 like soap, powder, diaper, lotion, baby cream, shampoo, baby body wash etc and also recommended that to others in family/friend circle.
I had spoke with Amazon customer care but they are saying for this they cant do anything except will refund 1 diaper packet amount refund other than that i have to contact manufacturing team i.e., Himalaya. Im asking for the right product which i had payed for but im not getting any reply from amazon since they are saying its not their responsibility.
