Handwash generally used after using toilet and in such matter tusli should not be used. When my brother brought this to our house, i first shocked to see the lebel- that it contained tulsi, not only in its handwash but also hand wipe, face wash in other items it used tulsi, no matter how develop you are but its good to connect with your roots.
