Shabana naaz employ of himalayan holidays is a fraud. He has taken rs. 73, 000 from our company for 2 tours (Transportation only); and not conducted the tour and he is not receiving the phone now

Dear sir
We are a travel agent in thane (Mumbai) recently we contacted few travel agents based in delhi. So we came contact with mr. Umed singh (Mohit kumar), owner of himalayan holidays office, :- 313, third floor, aggarwal square plaza, plot no.9, dwarka new delhi contacted us over the phone, email. We booked 17 seated tempo traveller from 19th may till 27th may a vehicle for delhi – dalhousie-dharamshala - manali – delhi for 18 people
And another booking starting from 21st may till 30th may 2018 innova for 5 people for a tour of jammu-kashmir-katara-dalhousie-amritsar.

Total package amount for both packages are rs: 43000+30000/- was finalized between us.

We made payment of rs :
1) 10000/- on 23/03/2018
2) 10000/- on 26/04/2018
3) 10000/- on 03/05/2018
4) 1400/- on 04/05/2018
5) 5000/- on 11/05/2018
6) 11600/- on 18/05/2018
7) 15000/- on 18/05/2018

After getting 7th installment of rs. 15000/- on 18/05/2018 he stopped picking our phone and now his all contact number are ringing but not picking up our call we think that is doing a fraud to us.

After getting the 7th installment he did not send us driver and vehicle details till 11.30 night on 18th may, 2018. So finally we contacted him on phone at 11.30 pm from another number. He picked up that call and sent us the number of driver but informed us not to call in the night and call him in the morning. When our guest contacted him in the morning aroung 7.15 am driver (To be) told us that he did not receive any such kind of information from the himalyan holidays. So tried to contact him many times from different numbers. He picked up the call today morning and said last digit of the mobile number was wrongly written. But after that we contacted many times to the number and uber singh (Urf mohit's number so many time but they didn't respond. Our guest waited apporx 2 hrs on the railway station. So we have to make an alternative arrangement on the spot by paying 1, 05, 000/-

The tour has started on 19/05/2018 in the morning his car suppose to reach delhi station but from last payment, he is not picking our call we also tried to call him form another number but still, he is not picking up our call.
Our another tour is going to start on 21th may 2018 and he is not picking up the calls.

Kindly solve the problem for us it will be really grateful if you intervene in this situation. I would insist to arrest him immediatly as there is a possibility that he may fool (Con) some other people...
