I Himalayan holidays is in the field of tourism business since last 10 years and doing B2B packages for many travel agents across India.
From last one year a travel agency namely Silverstone travels private limited came in contact with me and started doing packages from me.
After some days they changed there name to Silvertrips travels and continued till now.
The owner of both these company is Chhavi Francis/Chhavi Agrawal is a fraud woman. She every time comes up with one or the other reason and started asking for refund. Or many times doesn't send full amount even after complication of the tours.
Also whenever she pays she never paid GST. By this way of working she is doing cheating with the government also. Please note that, if you are asking for any package by her, first ask for full payment as she is very habitual of keeping once money as per her character. Be aware of Silvertrips travels Nagpur, Maharashtra. Beware of Chhavi Francis/Agrawal.
As per sources she has made some big fraud with Silverstone so winded the company and started a new company to hide all its frauds...

Shabana naaz employ of himalayan holidays is a fraud. He has taken rs. 73, 000 from our company for 2 tours (Transportation only); and not conducted the tour and he is not receiving the phone now

Dear sir
We are a travel agent in kolkata recently we contacted some travel agent for tour out of west bengal, umed singh (Rohit kumar) owner of himalayan holidays office:- 313, third floor, aggarwal square plaza, plot no.9, dwarka new delhi contacted us over the phone, email and wanted to conduct tour for us we gave a tour of amritsar – simla – manali – delhi – agra of 5 person

Total package amount rs : 95000/- was finalized between us
We made payment of rs : 70000/- till 22/09/2017
After getting 5th installment of rs. 25000/- on 18/09/2017 he stopped picking our phone and now his all contact number is not reachable we think that is doing a fraud to us
He gave a list of hotel to us which i have attached it we call all the hotel they said they don not have any booking for us
