Hi, im Himanshu, my concern regarding doorstep delivery.
My address 35/689, gali no. 2, Naubasta, loha mandi, Agra, 282002.
First Bisleri customer care executive Diksha forwarded my call to local distributors Vikas who forward call to Chandan- mob no. [protected] who delivered four jars of 20 litres bottles and collect Rs. 940/- but now refusing refilling and denying door step delivery services and now Chandan-mob no. [protected] forwarded my call to Lovely- [protected]. He also refused to deliver door step Bisleri services.
Numerous times I complaint and sent mails to concern department, but no futher helpful solutions provided, only excuses given.
when Agra city represent India on global tourism. Is this the behaviour and irresponsibility expected from renowned mineral water company?
When whole world dealing with Covid pandemic crisis!
Business works on good will and welfare, not on personal benefits and selfishness.

My old mother, senior citizen asking for clean, safe, secure water, and Bisleri giving silly excuses!

To all the top positions holders, Pray to whomsoever is your almighty, that you guys never witness this pains and sufferings of common citizens.
