I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an unresolved pickup request for 4 empty jars associated with ID no.[protected], placed on 31st May 2025. At the time of the initial purchase, I paid a caution deposit of ₹150 per jar.

Despite multiple reminders following my pickup request, no action has been taken to retrieve the jars. I have since relocated to a different state and, as instructed, arranged for the jars...

We have bought two bottle yesterday the premium one vedica, the particles were there isn the bottle, first me and my family drank without noticing, thn saw in second bottle, we got sick, i am afraid what you guys are selling in name of bisleri, i would suggest to close your company.
I will right a complaint to consumer court also will share all your vedios to social media so that people should aware what they are getting ....

I had raised an empty jar pickup request on 2-Jan 2024 and it is today 16-Feb 2024 but still it has not been picked up. Only getting fake sms & emails
regarding pickup but neither the pickup team called me nor did they come to pick it up.

I have ordered / scheduled delivery of two 20L can's on Friday (17th Nov 2023), since then distibutor or agent are reshceduling delivery of water can's without my notice.

Due to which I didn't have drinking water at home and had to bought one can from local shop (i am not sure about the quality as they are filtered locally).

I have been following up with Bisleri Customer Care everyday and they assure delivery...

I ordered pickup request of 4 empty jars (2 separate order of 2 jars each) via order no. BOTDB-062KO-2586229 dated 03.05.2023 & BOTDB-062KO-2602709 dated 06.05.2023. The empty jars caution deposit was paid at rate of 150 each during initial purchase. I reminded Bisleri many times after placing the order to pickup but till date pickup has not been done. I placed an empty jar return request on 09th Jan 2023 and after that they haven't picked the empty jar and due to this they are not returning my money.

So far I had contacted their Cust. Care more than 10 to 12 times, and their support executive reply every time that the distributor will action the request within 2 days, but till now no response from distributor and Cust. Care taken the complaint too but no one turned up yet....

We generally buy the 20l bisleri cans this never happened earlier but newly since 2months and not at all happy about the worms in the drinking water why ?? we pay to get worms ?? it's really disgusting and get sick because of this water on top of other diseases in this world, tis was lesser for us .. This is regarding the pickup order and second return order of empty water Bisleri cans.

1) BSLRE-003HY-1152915

2) BSLRE-003HY[protected]

As per your own policy the deposit will be returned within 48 hrs including of account closure.
Why has the deposit not been returned but canceled without my knowledge and even after raising new request of return empty jars there is no response or pick up...

I have purchase 2 20 ltr water jars from Bisleri and now I want to return the empty jars in exchange of security ie 300 Rs. (150 Rs. For each jar) which I paid during the purchase. There is no option for that until I buy a new jar which I don't want to. I am mailing and calling them but no response. It's been more then a week. Please help me with the issue....
