Hinduja Finance — Didnt get the noc of my vehicle ka04 5597 honda dio

I have contacted the hinduja finance person in druvdesh honda show room mecri circle and he informed me to go to the branch office in rajaji nagar and the person in rajaji nagar told after the 22 emi's r cleared i would get the noc and till date i have not received the noc. I have contacted the rajaji nagar branch bangalore and they told me to wait for 1 momth after the emi's r cleared and my emi's cleared on march 5 th 2017 and today is april 14 still i hqve not received the noc. I would request the superior to take necessary actions and provide me with the noc document.
