Hi,

The same issue i started working with this company but was not able to complete the work since i had health issues. They asked me to pay 5200. Which i paid.

Later they told since i had given a acceptance for a contract of 11months i have to pay 5200 per month. Instead of that we are charging you 12, 000 to cancel the subscription. Which also i paid so that i get a relief from them. But later they called and told that i have to visit the court and sign there to get the noc or pay 12500 again to get it done online itself by them. Please look into issue sir. I really can't pay anymore. The already paid money which i borrowed from someone else. Please take a legal action against them. Really need your help in this matter.

Onway solution ka mere paas call aya online work k liye. uske baad jab mene work k regarding call kiya to mera call receive ni kiya. mujhe btaya ni gya ki ye work kaise karna hai 17/10/2019 tk call receive ni kiya gya usk baad panlty laga di gayi ab msg and email aa rahi hai panelty pay karne ki nahi to strict action liya jayega plz help me about this

Im ex employee of hgs till date im unable to activate my uan nor able to view my pf details i hv no idea what to do. There is no proper quidance can someone help in accessing my pf account and even my company is shut down i don't know whom to contact how to contact or how to access my pf account though im providing correct details im unable to activate my uan.

This is anitha s (Emp. Code 6221), as i have employed htmt global solutions from april 04, 2005, designated as benefit management analyst & submitted resignation on july 20, 2007, same as accepted has been relieved from services of the company at the close of business hours on august 17, 2007.
After resignation i applied for pf but pf amount has not been credited. I waited for few months still not credited. Due to some personal problems i went out of station & i am back in 6 months before. I visited to office htmt changed to hgs. Then i submitted the new pf form 4 months back, then pf hr department is not solving my problem. From past 4 months hr department is telling we are unable to solve this problem. So i need to wait some more time.
It is happening like this how i can get pf amount, whom i should go.
Is company is not responsible for this? Company should solve ex-employees problem immediately. But they can't solving my pf issue.
So please do the needful process & solve my pf related claim problems as soon as possible.

He was so rude and aggressive that if i have stopped their for a while... He should with their colleagues have beaten me.. The security of the customers in hinduja leyland finance ltd is at stake if anybody go to their office... They behave like private recovery agents... Mot look as they are decent persons...

Today i again called the manager for that episode and he again warned me the same attitude will be done by their employees if i raise any issue against them... Such a gundagardi by manager and their staff...

I worked until last day of office, submitted the id card followed complete procedyre told by my team leader and i never got exit form and releaving letter yet. I never got reply from hgs with this. I dont understand what to do now. I'm going to file fir withing some time, if i will not receive my experience letter.

I submitted my tax proofs in the very ugly payroll system given by hgs-bs.

They are too lazy and ignored my tax proofs worth of 3 lacs and included only 10, 00. After so many escalation, the again accepted my fee 80000.

Still not accepting my rent amount. They simply said you can get it later, what is this. Have to replace the system by new sysem

I have been unable to get my pf fund and its been a 1and of of years now. No assistance what so ever was provided from HGS global solution pvt. Ltd and to my horror, my dob was incorrectly mentioned. This company has my correct dob and pan number but it is extremely disappointing to see that you have provided incorrect information and not even my gender information was provided. Last six months I following this problem, When i went to the office i was advised some mail some documents, form on my own and hr (arunima) are too busy to even provide a clear information. I tried to update my correct information on pf website. (Uan and adhar not matching )hi showing pls help me any consultant person number.
