I got my BTech degree in 2014. I started my job on 09th OCT 2014 in MSS.
I have submitted my 10th and Intermediate original certificates to MSS.

I continued my job for 2 years, after that due to marriage and pregnancy I asked my manager to assign morning shift. But they refused it, so I discontinued my services in MSS on Nov 2016.

To start working in other organization I went to LB branch in VSKP. They asked me huge money to give the certificates back.

Till now I am unable to get the certificates back. Please consider this compliant against MSS and give my originals back.

I've worked with miracle software systems (VISAKHAPATNAM) for nearly 1 year and 6 months where I had a bond for 1 year 10 months and my reason for resignation is that the management is too horrible and unprofessional and even though they literally assigned me as a coordinator for the newly constructed building and follow-up with daily tasks about washroom tiles, doors, roof ceiling, air conditioners, chairs and tables (procurement) and I'm an employee not their office boy... Now this management without all of my original 10th, Intermediate ( 10+2) and my BTech orginal educational certificates and when I was asking about my certificates...they used to say to pay 60, 000/- rupees as breaking a bond agreement of 1 year and 10 month's and then wait for 15 days and come back to collect your certificates. They used to pay me 12000/- per month while I was working and how come they demand us to pay such a huge amount in return... This is too horrible... Till date I couldn't pay such a huge amount to release my certificates and because of that I couldn't get placed in other companies. Please someone help me with this concern...

We are using your siftware for billing only from last 4 yrs at nagpur.
But from this year we want to do accounting also at miracle.
But problem is that if any query related to reports or doftware we need then we have only one mobile number tat always busy and no one even call back.
If my accountant is sitting at my office with query and reports on time then what will do?? It is kindly request to you plz give helpline number who can pick up the call and resolve the issue instantly otherwise no one can use accounting and gst software of your company.

Hello Karvy, Greetings! This is Sudhakar Teegala from Visakhapatnam. I have an issue with Raghu from Vizianagaram branch. Who is working as an executive.I have contacted him for a suggestion to invest my money in karvy comtrade. He sent me an application and asked me to sign it and send it back to him. I did not get a chance to go through it and right now I am not interested to put my money there. So he is calling me and saying / sending in decent message to my mobile. This is a worst thing which he should not do because it will impact on your organization. So I am expecting a response from you and take an action on him ASAP.
