I left hgs in june 2016. Till date i am unable to withdraw my pf amountas my joining date and leaving date is not updated in online.

I have wrote multiple mails to hr but no response from hr.

Please update joining date and leaving date in epf otherwise i will write to ceo.

I have been unable to get my pf fund and its been a couple of years now. No assistance what so ever was provided from hinduja and to my horror, my dob was incorrectly mentioned. This company has my correct dob and pan number but it is extremely disappointing to see that you have provided incorrect information and not even my gender information was provided. When i went to the office i was advised to download some form on my own and hrs are too busy to even provide a clear information. I tried to update my correct information on pf website but it is still pending employer's confirmation. I am totally lost now and have no idea where to go around this situation.

I have been tortured in hinduja global solutions, noida from last two months. I joined in september 2015 as senior customer representatives at level 1. After 1 years i was moved to level 2. I was getting my performance score 95% onwards till april 2018. And now i am getting 0%.
And all of sudden in the middle of may 2018 it was me only forcibly sent back to level 1 by the management on a pretext that there's a requirement at level 1. Since then i am struggling to get back the same position.

No promotion in last 4 years

No salary increment in last 1.5 year

And now demotion from level 2 to level 1

Hgs noida management is torturing biased with me in every possible way.

I havent received the noc even after multiple followups. I have been told that the noc will be sent by post, but havent received anything so far (Noc2015 - reference number).

Its sad to see that you people dont even have a customer friendly portal where the customers could login and get the data. And its sad that the customer care number is not even answered for hours.

Please look into this in priority, as the vehicle is sold and this needs to be transfered to the opposite party asap.

I've been going around the office that's vaishnao honda for the past 15 days as my bank has changed, and yesterday i contacted one of your agents who informed me to come today and they'll get this fixed but i've been here for over two hours and there isnt any traces of them. Hello team,

I've worked for hgs for 2 months, but due to health issues i didn't continue working there. I've sent an intimation regarding the same.
I've called but no response. I've checked but the hrs aren't responding on the emails. If i call them i got to know that they are on leave and she informed me that it's not sure whether it will updated or not. The other hr asked me to wait for 45 days after that it will be updated automatically
As per the process it hardly takes sometime to update the last working day. I'm not working anywhere due to ill health and it's been around 2 months i'm not working anywhere.
Hence i want to withdraw my pf to pay the debts owed for the treatment.

Please, change "opt out of subsidy" to subsidies. My hp consumer number is 615716. Due to wrong click on "opt out of subsidy option". Please deactive "opt out of subsidy option' as early as possible. I ram lal thakur was working with hgs at chandigarh location from january to march 2017, my emp id was 16313. First i want to tell you that hgs use their employees and the without any reason terminate them. I worked as a sales executive at chandigarh. My performance was good but without any reason they terminate my service. Also promised incentive not given to me. I mailed the hr team where working ms minu fernandez replied me that you have no any amount pending with us without checking my business record. So in future i don't refer any body to join hgs company.

Dear sir,

Requesting you to please look into the matter on priority as huge fraud and mis-selling done from one of your executive named mr sankhi ghosh and his boss mr anup who visited our shop 45-60 days earlier related to edc machine. Huge followup done from my end but no result and i have sufficient proof regarding the same with sms and audio clip with me.
Requesting you to please go through the below mentioned points regarding the issue and take necessary steps regarding the same.-
1) yearly plan had been given and money deducted although monthly plan had been opted by us.
2) no application form had been signed by us and after our query regarding the same executive confirmed that there is no such form from our company.. Only docs required.
3) form had been logged in the name of sole proprietorship concern by taking our savings account cheque despite the fact that our organization has been registered as partnership concern from the first day itself. The fraud had been deducted when we applied for plutos tid and the same has been rejected by our concern applied through icici bank. T
4) following up the case with the higher authority of the branch and not getting proper response from them. It seems everybody is involved in the fraud. Not picking up the call despite several followup.

I m previous employer hinduja global solutions ltd bangalore. Had submitted my pf form to my organisation i tried to check with the hr team but they say that my application is already been submitted & i should check with the pf dept & gave me the phone numbers[protected] / 22279130 / 23721366 /[protected] but for my surprise any time i call up either the lines are busy or none of them are there to answer the call. If this is the case then how can we trust the pf dept who never responds well. Kindly look into the issue & do the needful on high priority pls reply
