I have been tortured in hinduja global solutions, noida from last two months. I joined in september 2015 as senior customer representatives at level 1. After 1 years i was moved to level 2. I was getting my performance score 95% onwards till april 2018. And now i am getting 0%.
And all of sudden in the middle of may 2018 it was me only forcibly sent back to level 1 by the management on a pretext that there's a requirement at level 1. Since then i am struggling to get back the same position.

No promotion in last 4 years

No salary increment in last 1.5 year

And now demotion from level 2 to level 1

Hgs noida management is torturing biased with me in every possible way.

Updated by Mohd Ferman Wow it ha been Marked as Resolved wherein I am still facing same issues. Nobody contacted or approached me for any kind of resolution.
It means there is no use to mention any problems here.
