my HGS number U20868
I Booked my holiday from 31st-7th April 2022 this was accepted by TM Natasha Painter. On my return from holiday to date I have been unable to login HGS to see my schedule. I emailed IT and all the TM no one has relied for over a week. I know that HGS ha so been very busy over the last couple of week and short of staff the is unacceptable that no one has returned my emails. All my call have been 100% I really enjoy work for this company. Can you please look into this as a matter o[censored]rgency.

Hello, To date no one from HGS has been in contact with me. My agency has been paying me from my holiday pay. Which ended last week. My holidays have now been used up that I wanted to use later in the year.
Acas said because I have been active and willing to work on my return from holiday HGS should be paying me my full pay until they resolve this matter. I was advised by Acas to send a grievance letter with a deadline to make contact with me I gave my agency 10 working days which will end this Friday. Which they have been investigating.
