It was clearly narrated to me by your Sales Team Mr. Sandeep and Mr. Anuj at the time of taking this loan that whenever you foreclose this loan only 7 days TAT for deliver/handover of your original property docs and there will no foreclosure charges as this loan is in my individual name.
lastly at the the time of foreclosure 10/03/2022 at your Vaishali, Ghaziabad Branch, i was again updated by you that it may take maximum 15-20 days to receive docs from your head office and today itself 20 days are over and still you're asking for 30 to 45 days and its really not acceptable in any manner and also you promised to provide me the loan agreement kit as you have said that i've signed in the agreement to pay for the foreclosure charges which justifies your unlawful procedure of charging foreclosure charges in the next 7 days but it has been more than 20 days and i don't understand that is it coming from the moon? or is it the fact that this is your company's standard procedure to to fraud with their clients? and then after taking this much of time obviously any person would get frustrated and forget about it.
But clearly put this in your mind that these mails are my last means of conversations and from now i would only proceed with legal complaints against your company in consumer forum and also planning to lodge a complain for this worst and fraud hinduja housing finance with my vivek vihar police station if my loan documents doesn't reach me in the next 48 hours as this is the sufficient time to deliver anything from any part of India.
Also i would tag along with every complainant who has been complaining against your company over every social media website as this seems to be a scandal being run by your company to cheat with its customer as ive myself noted around 1240 complaints till now has been filed against your company maybe also the reason of your toll free number not working.
