My name is Sweetlin Geetha, residing at kalladimamoodu, Cheruppaloor (P.O), K.K.Dist, Tamilnadu. My husband Mr. Joseph raj taken a housing loan Rs.10L in the month of december 2016 (Loan No: TN/TLV/NGCL A[protected] from Hinduja Housing Finance Nagercoil. He was paying the loan dues for about 1.5 years. On 16/04/2018 my husband passed away, After that the officials from HDFC Insurance Company came to verify about his death, but they did'nt gave any information for the further process to claim the insurance. I have submitted all the documents related for his death (Death certificate, Legal heir certificate and Doctor certificate) in Hinduja Housing Finance Nagercoil, but they didn't gave any response on this for about 2 years.From head office they send a legal notice to close the loan, but l don't know how to respond for this legal notice.So I request you to take immediate action on HDFC Insurance company and help to claim the insurance amount.
