Hey, am really frustrated and disappointed in making payments and non of the employees know where to make payment other than nach(auto payment). i was having some financial issue for couple of months so i dont wanted to use my bank to make payment, i saiid that i could make payment early as possible with cash or gpay any other option, but someone said you could make payment but we dont guarantee and same guy said you send me the payment i will make payment for you then after 2 weeks he dint send any receipt for it and they he asking another 250 for the bounce fee which i paid 2 weeks early. is that a rule or the staff playing with us for their benefit, non of the employee or manager no one helping us, for getting loan they are eager to do anything for us, but after that treating us like [censored]. since amy paying early. i need a proper repl about it, and am going to file a report in RBI about this and consumer compliant. of this company hinduja housing finance. worst company i ever seen.

I am K.R.Kumaresan, customer of Hindhuja housing Finance. My account number is TN/CBT/CBTR/A[protected]. I highly regret of writing this letter. As a customer of your bank I suffered a lot for the past one year.At corona period I was having overdue pending. But as per the instruction of your bank employees we paid and cleared that overdue amount. Also I received nil pending amount through your official mail. Thereafter my EMI is going properly without any due. But for the last six months again you presented ECS in my account eventhough my EMI passed in the first date of the month.Every month 2 or 3 times you are presenting ECS . Due to this reason I approached your bank employees in person and through E-Mail. But no proper response is receiver by me.Finally I raised a complaint through NHB portal and there i was received a reply stated that I am having pending amount. After receiving a nil pending statement how it is possible of getting pending due again?You are trying to represent me as a loan defaulter. This month also I am having the same issue of not deducting the EMI on 1.2.24 though I am having proper balance in my account. But this month (i.e Feb 2024 it was deducted on 7.2.24.Again ECS passed by you on 09.02.24.
After a lot of struggling I need a solution of this problem. Because you stresses me and my family a lot in the name of EMI. As a normal person I need to work every day without any stress. Because already I am suffering paralysis.So I need a solution in this matter.
Finally I asked you to solve my problem within 15 days of this letter received by you. In thus regard I am expecting compensation amount of Rs.3 lakhs for my higher mental depression raised by you. If fails legal action will be taken against your Housing finance company.

Respected sir iam raja khullar from bhopal my mother take home loan from hinduza housing finance and iam co applicant of this home loan the loan is all ready closed and there is no over due they provide me noc but the dont send to cibil that loan is closed and in my cibil record there is over due shows in cibil shows over due please take action against hinduza housing finance the loan no is mp/ bpl/bpl a[protected] iam sending you noc letter

I have a loan against property loan, due to some issue which emi has bounced, and I deposit my emi at the end of the month.
The employee of the company has pasted the notice at my house without any knowledge. And notice that I don't even have a name.

I' am writing this mail to raise a complaint regarding LOAN ACCOUNT NO. PJ/PTL/PTLA/A[protected] and excess deduction of pre emi interest of Rs 2783 thrice times along with your company put a chq .6362 and 6365 for clearing.howecer i have already deposit my first emi of 14523 and paid pre emi interest of 2783 by company link which i have received on my registered phone number.i attached the folling documents proof of deposit slip and pre emi paid evidences for my refund I am requedting to refund my excess into my account[protected] with ifsc code ICIC0002513.

I had applied the foreclosure before three month ago and already paid the amount for foreclosure. Due to the high interest rate I wanted to transfer my balance to another finance bank with a low interest rate. But hinduja housing finance executive refuses to provide me foreclosure.

I applied for loan and I got a msg tat my loan application was successful and loan was granted for me in March.but till today I haven't get any of it.one o[censored]r manager was demanding lakhs to release my loan amt.i want to file a complaint with all the proofs.plz try to resolve d issue

I am getting unwanted calls and messages from the company over the past few months related to some unpaid loan amount of rs 50-60k approx with the name of mr. Bhagwan dass though i didn't even know this person and don't know why my number is updated in company records with his name. I'm using my vodafone postpaid number () since last three years i. E. From 2015 but didn't receive any such calls and messages in that year and started getting calls and messages from 2017 only. Each and every time different person calls me for the same issue and every time it has been informed to them that i don't know any person with that name but still i'm receiving messages from there. It's like a mental harassment for me even though i have not taken that loan or don't know that person. Kindly ask the company to check their records and don't ever call me or message me again. From the past few weeks not getting many calls as compared to earlier but still getting messages for the unpaid loan amount. Kindly check the attached screenshot.
