I have applied a loan from hinduja finance private ltd panipat branch since 2 month before, i have applied for 10 lacs loan amount,
I have submitted all docs for loan & commission 25k to nikhil ([protected]) staff & manager vikash chaudary ([protected]).
Since 10 days, no any staff talk & not responding oncalls.
Nikhil & vikash chaudary commited me 14 % rate of interst, i have charged 20 %, without any information
Bank disbused my case & i have all original docs lien marking & registry with me, how case will be disbursed
Totally fraud in market.
I have share it on uper level & distt level, in future no any fraud with other customer.
Loan has been lien marking on my property docs & i have received emi massage from hinduja housing finance ltd, but i have not received my cheque till now.
No any cooperate from branch level, i have complaint to police department & attemp to company on legal action.
