Hinduja Leyland Finance — Harassment calls from hinduja leyland finance I am not a customer

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am receiving 10–15 spam calls daily from Hinduja Leyland Finance representatives regarding a bike loan that I am not associated with.

Key points:

I am not a customer of Hinduja Leyland Finance.

It appears that my mobile number ([protected]) was previously used by someone else who took a loan, but I have been the rightful owner of this number for over 1.5 years now.

Despite explaining this multiple times to their callers and even raising a written complaint, I have not received any response.

These constant calls are mentally stressful, and due to this, I am even unable to check my CIBIL score.

I request Hinduja Leyland Finance to urgently:

Investigate this issue.

Delink and remove my number from your records.

Stop these harassment calls immediately.

If this issue is not resolved at the earliest, I will be forced to escalate to RBI Ombudsman and TRAI.
