Sir, i had taken two wheler loan by your company for Activa . My complaint is it that when i took loan i had given 24 SBI cheks of 2516 rs . each only one chek is presented in my bank and that chek has clear & my emi instalment was paid .After this first chek continuesly 4 cheks were not put in my bank and panalty were aded in my ledger, i asked your local Bilaspur hinduja finance office that why my chek is not submit for emi repayment when every time sufisient amount is in my account ther were no setisfactry aswer is given to me but i had given continuesly every month cash payment of my emi amont 2516 rs, but your company is continuesly panalty is added in my ledger .I had complaint your comlances dipartment by mail then your company was teken step and mail me that your 4 cheks were bounced and told me that we stop your PDC mode and further emi payment lokly pay after this maseg i have been countinuesly paid till now in your lokel office in cash but my main complaint is that when my PDC mode were stopd and i lokly timly paid all my emi then why in my ledger added panaltes please tell me. I bought a bike through your financing company. I provided chequ for payment. But after few days i paid whole amount in cash in your branch. But still cheque submiting for clearing and amount debited from my account. Please cancel all my cheque immediately which is going for clearing for my bike loan.
