Hi team,

I bought vespa in 2018. I applied 80, 000 loan from hinduja leyland finance. Problem started from the beginning month.

I had money in my account and was not debited on the emi due date. I followed up with them and wrote several emails then they deducted the amount that too in the next month.

It's been like more than a year and i'm paying emi regularly but still my cibil score is going down so i pulled my cibil report, it clearly shows because of "hinduja leyland finance" my cibil is getting effected.

I even spoke to the regional manager mr. Praveen took all the information and sent me an email that my cibil would be updated but it didn't worked.

Is there any way that i can raise a dispute against them? I was trying to apply loans for my personal and medical issues but i'm facing rejection due to their lack of cooperation.

Please help me. Thanks in advance.
