Hinduja Leyland Finance — Regarding the clearance of Guarantor from a loan which has been paid

Dear Sir,
My father (Late Ravindra Kumar) bought a 14 wheeler truck which was financed by hinduja finance(Contract No-ESPTPN01615) patna branch.
Due to unfavourable circumstances (covid 19) he failed to pay some installments in time which was paid later in full in the refinanced loan(Contract No- ESPTPN02272). He died due to Covid 19.
As per the officials at Patna(Bihar) office of Hinduja finance,
they refinanced the same loan with the unpaid amount of the previous loan to a new loan(Contract No- ESPTPN02272).
The new loan was paid in full and clear.
N.O.C. for the loan was also released and given to us by the patna office.
Since all the pending amount was paid, their records are still showing some unpaid amount in their systems about the previous loan(Contract No-ESPTPN01615).
Due to which the Guarantor of the previous loan (Contract No-ESPTPN01615), Mr Satyanarayan Kumar is facing trouble and harassment at the patna office.
It is my humble request to you to clear the guarantor of the previous loan of any dues as the amount has already been paid in full and NOC is dispatched.
