Hindustan Chemical Industries — Refund for the order approved in April still not credited to card

I had placed an order with the above company vide order number #3468 for Lifebuoy Hand Sanitizer 190 ml 2 Bottle (FREE 2 N95 MASK ) × 1 and paid through credit card on April 8, 2020. Subsequently, on not receiving my order for a month, I asked for a refund vice #6300 on May 8, 2020. Two more mails and 2 reminders later I got an update on the order status as approved and now my order staus show refunded. But I am yet to receive any refund in my card account.
