Hindustan Hyundai — New car battery warranty not accepted

I visited the above company on Date : 31.01.2015, for My Car whose Vehicle Delivery (Sale) date 11/04/2013, Veh. Reg. No. RJ14CT0487, I arrived in Co. with complaint that my Car battery is not working properly, Company representative reached M/s Jaipur Deisels, newby office for Battery Checkup It was Found Battery Damaged its cells are not working get the replacement i[censored]nder warranty, Company representative reached another local car mechanic nearby area, again the battery checked and again It was Found Battery Damaged its cells are not working get the replacement i[censored]nder warranty, The Company accepted to take the battery. And the battery was picked on 03Feb2015 at 9.30 AM from my home by company representative. Next i Contact the Warranty Manager Mr Lokesh Kumar, on 6th-Feb.2015 He said, the battery Company - Exide (4CZ), Batch Code/Sr.No.318321 Warranty expired after 2 years of the Installation date of the Battery in the car, which was in 2012, But as Sale Date to me was 11/04/2013 and Warranty should not Expire before 10/04/2015. Moreover the problem should be identified by HH earlier. when i reported 2-3 times over phone & during 2nd Free Service.
