Hindustan Petroleum Corporation [HPCL] — Asking extra charge for delivering the cylinder

Address:Madharpakkam village, Gummidipoondi Taluk, Thiruvallur District

Every time the delivery boy gets 30 to 40 rupees extra more than bill amount while delivering the cylinder.

Even distributor says to pay extra as there is no delivery option for local deliveries.

Kindly clarify.
