Dear respect member/s I have hp gas connection for my home, whenever i received my refilled gas, the delivery man used to take in between 20-30 rupees as delivery charges without any receipt on each refilled gas cylinder apart from the bill amount of refilled gas cylinder, i am staying at 2nd floor (Without lift), i would like to know that, the charges he is taking from us is legally?
