I made online payment via Citrus on 1st September HPCL claimed payment on 4th September with

1. Transaction Authorization Code 4459 and

2. ARN number (Payment Claimed by HPCL with Reference ID)

Earlier I used to make Online payments for HP Gas booking but never experienced these type of issues. This time I booked online Gas I received a text message having link to make online payment of ₹682.40 for HP Gas booking two days later I received again a text message of Cash memo of ₹686.50 but at the time of delivery they asked that they didn't receive any online payment of ₹682.40 for Gas booking. Please look inti this matter.
