Hindustan Petroleum Corporation [HPCL] — Hp Gas Amount deducted but booking not made

Hello,

My HP Gas Consumer no: 600828
I have booked for HP gas cylinder on 21.08.2021 Via. HP Gas app UPI Payment. UPI payment was successful but Booking not confirmed. Amount not refunded. I had to book via offline payment and paid the bill once again.

Please look into this.. I have attached the bill details.
