Gas agency: loknath cooking gas My address: dakshin kali complex Bl-tara, fl - 3h 12 barrister p. Mitra road Kolkata-700035 Pls note distance between gas agency and my address is around 1 k. M We are facing problem with hp gas delivery boy. Every time they are asking for rs 20-30 extra over the billed amount. They generally come for delivery from 11 a. M to 4 p. M and that time except my wife no is home so they insisted for extra money and today (2/07/19) he clearly said that if she dont pay rs 20 extra he will not able to deliver the gas cylinder and if we want we can complain to the gas agency. So, this become serious issue as he doesnt care about complaint. Means hpcl is not taking these complaints seriously. So my request to hpcl is pls provide resolution of this issue.
