Hi, I would like to raise 3 complaints related to the gas cylinder services from HP, specially from Murali Agency 1. I am unable to book the cylinder online and get an message that only active users can place online orders. I raised this complaint earlier as well but no resolution till now. 2. Its been over 3 weeks that I placed the refill booking order. First request was raised a month ago and it was cancelled for no reason and I placed refill requested again immediately but till date i do not have the refill though my neighbours who placed the order after me already got the HP gas refill cylinder. 3. The cylinder delivery guy was demanding extra money (25 rupees more) for delivering the cylinder. I doubt he is the one doing the messup and not delivering the cylinder. Someone is always at home but refill is still not delivered. Can any one resolve these issues at the earliest pls? or let me know the escalation point and I will speak to them accordingly.
