For DBTL issues, there's a tollfree number[protected]. Couple of days back, I tried to reach customer care, but what ever the options I select over IVR, they doesn't respond.
Below are the steps I followed
1. Dialed the tollfree number[protected]
2. Selected the language preference (English/Hindi/Telugu)
3. Selected the Gas Company (2 for HPCL)
4. SelectedFor DBTL issue (select 1)
Per above selected options, we expect a personnel from desired language to serve our query.
Irrespective of any language selected, the call connects to "Malayalam" language support team. Though this team can speak english they never respond and say "Please redial, there is a technical issue"
I tried connecting around 5 times, and each time they issue remains same.
This issue should be considered on top priority and, should be fixed ASAP, as this is the only number to reach support personnel Was this information helpful? |
