I have booked the hp gas today and i have make the payment through online it's seems to be money deducted from account and hp gas page not respond to the payment success page it's got stopped and i make the payment though gateway of sbi. Can any one help us how to approach the team for at this case below is message i got from bank

I am Raunak wakode, my consumer ID is 607211. I made booking online through BHIM app from HP gas app. Mayment is deducted but gas agency is saying that cylinder is not booked. Kindly find attached screenshots for your reference.
