First thing first - i have given up subsidy on my gas cylinder as a responsible citizen and the treatment i get from you and your dealer is depressing.
I booked the first refill request on 12th may 2017 over hp call center with booking no 506056 : cash memo 190600 but the gas cylinder was never delivered.
The after few days realizing that something would have gone wrong booked again on 17th may 2017 booking no 508725 ; cash memo 1093629 and the gas cylinder was not delivered
Therefore, i booked the cylinder again on 29th may 2017 with booking id 514841 on 29th with cash memo 1000736 on 30th may again to my surprise the refill cylinder never got delivered
I got msg that the request got cancelled and asked me to book again so i tried my luck again and booked on 4th june 2017 booking no : 517698 for which i got the cash memo 1004760 on 5th june 2017.
Knowing what happen on all previous request i visited the truck place where the gas cylinder are kept for local delivery at aecs layout near water tank and request the delivery boy vinod to deliver the gas on 6th june 2017 - vinod said he will deliver and he did not deliver, so i went to the the delivery place again on 8th june 2017 and surprisingly the delivery boy visited my apartment at the gate when i returned - he confirmed that he will deliver the gas to my apartment - and to my surprise he did not deliver even today... His no not reachable - murali enterprise no not reachable/ always busy
God only help us with these kind of draconian enterprise and chain of people who are there to provide service is becoming irresponsible!!!
If anyone from the company is reading this note - please take action - i plan to visit the location with empty gas cylinder and get it replaced myself hopefully this approach works...
Thought of writing this note with proof so that some one - anyone take action on the people who are responsible for the miss and dissatisfaction!!
